We are praising God that once again we were able to use the fantastic facilities at the Lithuanian World Center for our CYIA training and that He blessed us with cool weather for those two weeks! We also praise God for providing us with 11 Leaders In Training to help make this year’s training possible. They were the youngest and least experienced group of LITers we have ever had, but praise God for how each one stepped into leadership roles and did wonderfully. With such a small staff, we rely heavily on the LITers to run small groups, lead teams, and evaluate Bible lessons and missionary stories of the less experienced CYIAers. Needless to say, we relied heavily on the LITers stepping into the leadership roles, and so much so, that four of them served in an internship capacities for the 10 days of the CYIA training. Also, throughout the summer outreach, the LITers continue helping to lead teams and seeing that the club programs are taught well and are full of energy.
